Melbourne’s coolest wine bar and canteen, Hope St Radio, hosted a one-time residency at Paramount House Hotel — teaming their produce-driven menus, DJ expertise, and natural wine know-how with the city’s most iconic spaces.

Hope St’s music and art descended on Surry Hills for HQ Sydney, with a variety of ticketed and public events generating conversation, connection, and cross-state community all weekend long.

Ellie’s Crostini Bar popped up on Friday night, with a three-Crostini special event. On the menu was Stracciatella, Salty Anchovy, White Anchovy
Baby Leek, Asparagus, Toum Lamb, Baharat, Spiced Tomato, Red Onion, Coriander- all served on top of Ellie’s famous focaccia.
